Refund policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to and for the purposes of Articles 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206/05, the Customer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal, without any penalty and without having to specify the reason.

To exercise this right, the Customer must send, within 10 working days from receipt of the order, an e-mail to ordini@ixya.it and a registered letter with return receipt to Ti.Nature s.r.l., Via San Paolo Belsito, 32 – 80035 Nola (NA), Italy, both containing the following information: personal data (Name, Surname), original order number, telephone number, product description, IBAN code and account holder of the bank account where the refund will be transferred.

To facilitate the return process, Ti.Nature s.r.l. will provide the Customer with a return code. Once this communication has been received, the Customer must send, at their own expense and using a courier of their choice, the product they wish to return. The returned product must be delivered to Ti.Nature s.r.l. no later than 7 (seven) days from the date of issuance of the return code.

Upon receipt of the returned product, Ti.Nature s.r.l. will proceed, by bank transfer, with the refund corresponding to the price paid for the returned product(s) (excluding shipping costs), within 25 working days following receipt of the products.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal will be invalid if the returned product is not intact, if the original packaging is missing, if any essential elements of the product are missing, or if the product has been damaged. All risks related to the transport of the returned product are borne by the Customer. The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable products.
