DELIVERY METHODS AND TIMES

Products are shipped via courier, and delivery times to the Customer vary depending on the destination, the moment the order is processed, and the availability of the product. For products in stock, delivery to the courier takes place within 5 working days from the moment the order confirmation is sent to the Customer. Barring unforeseen circumstances, delivery times within Italy are 5 to 7 working days.

Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer must strictly check that the package is properly sealed, intact, and undamaged. If the Customer is not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice. The following day, a second delivery attempt will be made. If delivery is still unsuccessful, the Customer must promptly contact the courier to arrange delivery within a maximum of 2 working days. To ensure smooth delivery, the Customer is required to provide a mobile phone number in the delivery details, which will be communicated to the courier.

SHIPPING COSTS

For shipping and packaging, a contribution of €5.50 (plus VAT) is required.
